Miller Homes is currently preparing an outline planning application for up to 350 homes on Land to the North of York’s Bridge. Our vision is to deliver high-quality, attractive new homes in Pelsall that enhance the waterfront atmosphere and link the site to the existing Pelsall community. The site will also deliver new cycle and pedestrian routes for the area and will be set within a healthy landscape of green infrastructure and open spaces.

A public exhibition event was held on 25 November 2025, where members of the public were able to view our proposals and speak to the project team in-person.
